Hi Folks,
Not sure if this is a Sky Mobile or apple issue, however recently I have not been able to recieve incoming calls from landlines. Mobile calls are coming through okay. Think this may have only been since the most recent Apple update to ios 17.4.1, although not sure. Any advice welcomed.

Hi Jeff,
It sounds like and apple issue, if your receiving all other phone calls.
Few things to try to Air on the side of caution.
Restart your phone (not reset)
Disconnect from sky network and rejoin.
Pop phone into aeroplane mode for 120 seconds and turn off. This will make a mew connection to network.
If all this fails contact apple support, and explain what you have told our community. And what you have tried so far.
Could you kindly update us, of the outcome once sorted; so we are best placed to help other members.

Thanks GRU22,
Tried all of the above and still having issues. Next stop Apple support.
Many thanks

Did you ever get this resolved, as I have exactly the same issue?

Hey Steve, I've been having a lot of trouble with my phone signal lately. I've called Sky countless times and they always do their silly signal test and come back saying it must be my phone or SIM card.
But it's definitely not! I've tried it with two different phones and five or six different SIM cards. It only seems to happen with Sky/O2 and EE, but they all say the signal is fine when it clearly isn't.
I'm thinking about switching to Three and seeing if they're any better.
It wouldn't be so bad but the whole street has issues.
They recently told me there mast had issues and that it would fix all my problems, they told me a mast that a friend lives right next to. Not one van ever went to the mast. Even though sky clearly told me, engineers are on site.
