My wife and I both have Sky Mobiles. We are on holiday in the USA. I can not call her and she can not call me. The network provider has switched to TMobile. Whatever we try we get either an automated voice telling us we have 9999 dollars credit or another automated voice telling us to wait to be connected to a customer service rep and then the phone goes dead. We have tried just the basic number, addiing +44 or 0044 and dropping the 0, and also prefixing with 011. Nothing works.
Is there a different sequence of numbers that we are supposed to use please?

Please help ! idesperately need to be able to stay in contact. Can anyone tell me what format or sequence of numbers or prefix I need to use while roaming in the USA to phone from one UK Sky Mobile to another UK Sky Mobile or any other UK mobile.?
