Sky Mobile cancelled Buds

Hi. 

  • I recently changed to Sky Mobile for the Galaxy Fold 6. The contract stated the Galaxy Buds3 as a £0 expense accessory & I was told that I'd receive them within 30 days. I've just received an email from Sky that the order has been cancelled for the Buds & I don't know why. Will I still receive them?

Hi @SW24601  no one here can answer that, call sky on 150 and ask them. Sometimes those offers are limited to first come first served.
