I have just arrived in Spain with my wife and son.All three of us have sky mobile and have seen on the board problems connecting with the network.My issue is a strange one, all the sims have received the £2 roaming charge text and have connected to Orange on Data roaming so can connect to internet and send texts but we cannot phone each other (call failed) and cannot phone Spanish numbers (most annoying as could not connect for my hire car) but I am able to phone numbers in England when I tested the phone.
Any help much appreciated as all three of us need to contact each other while here.

Thanks both for coming back to me so quickly.
i have checked on the my sky app and all have a spend cap of £45 with also ticked the when I have reached 50% of this limit and all of us are no where near this amount.Just to check I have just upped my limit to £80 and tried to ring my wife but it still says call failed (just for info I can ring my wife on WhatsApp call). All very strange as all phones worked fine 5 months ago when last in Spain.

Just a quick update on this.
I have rung a Spanish landline number on two phones and it has connected fine.
So it seems the phones will ring English mobile/landline numbers and Spanish landline numbers just not each of our own mobiles and Spanish mobiles.
if anyone has any thoughts be much appreciated as I am puzzled with this as it has never happened before.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere have been quite a few reports last year that customers have had issues with their phones in Spain @Frankie190 Sky are aware but have yet to come up with any answers. Have you tried connecting to a different local network ?

Yes I have tried different networks will only connect to orange it says Movistar and Vodafone es are available but they just show the line of dots when chosen and will not connect.
I have even tried ringing on wi-fi available and just the same options work not to our own mobiles nd Spanish mobiles!
