Sky Mobile Ireland - awful experience 10 days in.

I am Dublin City Centre based, located literally next to one of the largest universities which I know for a fact has a Vodafone mast and booster (because I literally assisted putting them there).

 

I switched from Three mobile to avail of €15 pm all in deal. After 10 days, I'm done. Finished. Frustrated beyond belief. 

I'm using an iPhone 16 pro.

 

signal is awful. I get '5g' about 20% of the time. 4g the rest of the time. When I finish a call I may have to wait up to 5 mins before internet works. I reset my phone regularly to speed this process along. I'm now resorting to diving from wifi spot to wifi spot - reminds me of visiting America trying to avoid roaming costs.

 

Sky ai chatbot is beyond useless. 

tech support aren't available outside business hours, and when I called at 4pm yesterday (Friday) I was on hold until the line dropped. 

I guess you get what you pay for?!
