I switched form Sky Mobile within cooling off period and got GoMo. No issues for the past 3 weeks. Network settings included on the SIM card so no trying to figure out the APN and troubleshooting it. Have 5G consistently. As much as I detest Eir, so far GoMo are excellent.

I also have a Pixel 7 Pro and am having this problem. With the help of this conversation I have achieved LTE connection - which is extremely poor. Trying to contact Sky to no avail. Have any of yourselves received an update?

When I raised the issue with my Pixel 6 pro, Sky agent said he would raise a ticket with tech and I should receive a call back 24-48 hrs. Still waiting on the call 3 weeks later.

Having the same issue on a Pixel 6. LTE only, and can't seem to push through a network settings update.

 

Many of you have seemed to reach a real person on support, but I can't seem to find a phone number, and the chatbot doesn't give me the option of chatting with a person. How did ye get through to a person?

 I used this number zero eight one eight seven one nine eight one nine . Had to spell number won't allow me to use number's.. to post.

Thanks for helping me achieve LTE. Wondering if anyone has gotten any confirmation on a date when this may get fixed? To the person who moved to GoMo, is it still working well for you? Thanks

Sky help on phone told me to put in the settings APN name = sky, APN = mobile.sky, but again it only achieves low LTE speeds and reliability of the connection even in Cork City area seems very very poor.

How do I fix calls as they are not working the only thing that works for calls is WhatsApp im getting so frustrated that I can't get a calls working I did manual apn what else do I need to do to fix calls I've restarted my phone tried to get the settings sent nothing works when I click get network settings

I'm having similar problem with my mobile. I just connected my new Sky sim and no 5G connection. Did you get yours sorted? Any advice?

I left before cooling period ended and went to gomo... Zero issues with gomo

Ya I got my 5g working I had to do an update as was told by support hope this helps
