Sky Mobile Devices on my dashboard

On my sky dashboard under My Devices I have 3 old phones that I no longer have, how do you remove them from My Devices.

Not a major issue I know but I think it's my OCD tidy freak coming out...lol

They only drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it later stops you adding a new device call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

Hi @Broomfield19  what you have been told by @Daniel0210  is correct, they are only removed if returned to sky. Calling won't change that. I have devices on my list from many years ago.

Thanks for the response,  I'm told I'm a tidy freak so it was just tidying things up really..
