Sky Lost phone

Hi 

I need advice I lost my sky phone but I need new phone I'm still paying for the lost one but I would like to know if I can get replacement phone and still paying for the one which I lost?

 

because I can't afford to pay 2 phones. 
please if someone can help me with advice.
