I have just started a contract last night which involved both a phone and a data contract with it. I need to change the data contract but I can't even view my order or any of my details because I haven't linked my Sky id to a sky household account... but buying this contract is the first time I've ever dealt with sky and I don't have an account to link to my sky id. I've tried googling and I can't even work out how to get a household account. I need to change this urgently.
