Just received message from Sky regarding a perfectly good phone that I returned as a swap. It is now saying it has no power
needs repairing. Via ANOVO.
I do not have this phone which they are asking to send back as the DPD have the item still. Also how can a perfectly working phone become damaged in transit and have battery issues when the phone is less than 18 months old and was working perfectly when it left.
Also I would like the phone back so I can make my mind up what I want to do with it.
