Where at Sky do I ask to change my sim for an e-sim using the same number, so that I can use the slot for another number?

@Black+Cloud Sky don't support e-sim, so there is nowhere to ask.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That's a pity, have been with Sky 23 years, time to change to vodafone.
