I have been trying to buy a new 1gb SIm @£1 per month from sky.
everytime I request to purchase a SIM I get a email saying thank you for purchasing.
within 60 seconds I get a cancellation email from SKY.
I have been a sky Cuastomer for 25 years, with TV and mobile contracts.
Does this SIM exist? If so why is my request being cancelled within 60 seconds.
I have sent SKY numerous requests and emails, but they just don't answer my emails.
a very shoddy way to treat a customer of long standing.

Re: Sky 1gb SIM card
My credit tv rating is excellent.
rejection took less than 60 seconds. Very quick credit check.
they are happy to free me a new iPhone.

If you've made a phone purchase recently then that may impact. You'll have to call Sky to see if they confirm.

Re: Sky 1gb SIM card
I haven't made a phone purchase recently.
my iPhone contract is coming to an end soon, and they are wanting to sell me another.
The biggest regret is that they just won't tell my why??

Re: Sky 1gb SIM card
They can only confirm whether the failure is credit related.

Should you contact them all they will be able to tell you will be the reason why the order was cancelled, so a failed credit check. Other than it will be up to you to investigate as Sky are not allowed to view your financial records as only you can do this.

Re: Sky 1gb SIM card
Tried contacting SKY, But
they are just not answering me.
I feel that as a loyal customer maybe they should at least respond to my emails.
as I said earlier, they are quite happy to offer me a new IPhone contract, so my credit rating cannot be the reason.

They don't use email for such contact, however loyal you are.
