Since moving from Vodafone to sky my phone connection is very poor even in different place

Since moving to sky from Vodafone my connection is very poor even when in the car wish I had not moved over from Vodafone, did report this last Mon and had no response they were more concerned about selling me a Samsung tablet

Hi @Andyj2808  you do have a 31 day cooling off period to check that the signal etc is ok for you. Are you still in that window ?
