I have put my sky sim into my new upgraded Sky i-phone and i cannot get any calls or texts. The network doesnt seem to be working, how long does it take for the sim to be activated in the new phone? Or do i need to put in a pin to get it to work?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you've moved your working SIM from old to new phone then you shouldn't have to do anything other than apply APN settings. (Although I did this a few days ago and I was automatically prompted)
