I've been a Sky Mobile customer for years. In the last few days my phone keeps telling me I have no SIM. I've dine everything suggested online. It seems to be impossible to actually speak to anyone at Sky and I'm sick of going round in circles. Any ideas please?

Have you tried ordering a replacement SIM? You can do this yourself from your account.

If I knew how to do that, I would!
Can't see how to do that online.

Yep this is me as well.
Did the online no help as usual!
Spoke to someone who didn't really help or know apart from switch it off and on.
Told me they were passing it to the tech team and they would get back to me in 48 hours. That was 3 days ago.Still waiting!!
Phone has said no SIM for a week now.
Can only use indoors on a Wi-Fi .
No help given and no phone usage outside... so not a mobile!!

Exactly that. And I'm a DV victim, so hate having no phone. I just need a new SIM. Why is that so difficult?!

Oh no!!
it's bad enough being out and not being able to use your phone and having to rely on others but if you are vulnerable as well surely you should get help! No point in having a phone at the moment as can't use it and SIM is not fit for purpose so currently looking at other providers who can help as can't order replacement SIM through my sky account

I've not been able to do that either and it's pretty much impossible to speak to someone.
This is my last attempt at getting help, then I'll just cancel my direct debit. They'll no doubt want me to call the then!

Thank you, but that just takes me back to where I've been already. Only option to get a replacement is if yours has been lost or stolen.

I did this. I was online with them for many hours over several days, repeatedly being asked to do the same unsuccessful trouble shooting I'd done before. They refused to send me a new SIM, even after I offered to pay for it.
Weirdly, after about ten days, full service was resumed and I stopped getting error messages.
Sky customer services is beyond poor.

I have been using my phone since July with no problem. Woke up this morning to no sim registered. Done all the online stuff, spoke to someone and they said they would pass to their back team who would sort it within 48 hours. Awful! I can't even wifi calling though?
Anyone give me any help at all. I really need to be able to receive calls

I ended up buying a new phone in the end as I got fed up waiting for Sky to pull their finger out. I've been a victim of domestic violence and advised by the police to have my phone on at all times, so not being contactable or able to contact anyone just wasn't safe for me. Sky seemed to be OK with it though.

Yeh I've only had this since July so not happy. I'm going to put a payg in an old phone just so i can ring.
Awful service though
