Hello I'm looking to go from a sim only 3gb a month to a new phone and sim with 100gb a month for free. Can I keep the same number? Thanks!

There is no 100GB sim. Read it again - it's 100MB. (Around 30 times smaller than your current plan)

And you cannot port numbers within a network.
