Sim only deal £5 monthly for 10Gb for VIP - but where?

As an existing Sky broadband customer I receive regular emails offering VIP deals. So this month it is 10GB for £5/month. Instructs me to go to the My Sky app. But nowhere on this app is this deal mentioned.

Anybody know where I can find it?

Hi @DavyS  it was in the VIP section but I can't see it there today. It's also normally for new customers or additional sims on your account. You could call sky on 150 from a sky sim to see if the offer is still available and could they apply it to your existing sim if you want that.

OK, I have sorted it. Could not find the deal on the website so phoned Sky help (removed) and they set me up over the phone. They confirmed that it would be only £5, not the usual £14.

Hightlights:

- price applies for 24 months

- free calls and texts to normal numbers

- Allows rollover of unused data

- friends and family also to have the deal but I will be paying. through one account

Any follow-sups for this? I am also looking for this, but cannot see that any more in VIP session.

i can't see it either so perhaps the offer has finished as they do come and go as these sim offers do change on a regular basis.

I actually wanted to do that last month when the deal was still there, but they did not let me choose e-sim because of some system issues. It is gone now...
