Not really, to be honest. I don't want help, I want it fixed, and I've given Sky the opportunity to do that when I spent over an hour and thirty minutes on the phone over the weekend trying to do so, for their reply to be 'try a replacement sim', which didn't work.
Just wanted to see if anyone on here had a certain way to fix it, looks like that's a no. So I'll be going elsewhere, thank you for the replies though.

Nobody ever got back to me. I think I turned it on and off a few times once and that worked. Then another time it happened I changed the sim card and that worked. Sky are rubbish. When you do actually get through to someone on the phone (which is hard work to even get to speak to someone) they are useless and have no idea what to do and fob you off. Then on here nobody replies!

I got the same error after returning to UK from abroad. After customer service calls leading me nowhere and ordering a new SIM. I went into SKY Menu and changed the setting from Abroad to Home and it started working. Wonder why no one in SKY told me about this
