Sim not provisioned after switching to Sky

I transferred my number to Sky last week and I have had not network since. I have no calls, texts or mobile data. I was advised by sky to reset my phone which didn't fix it and I now have no access to a lot of apps including banking because I can't get the codes through text. I've used webchat, Whatsapp chat and email. I also called twice before they cancelled my old sim and nobody has resolved it. I've done everything I can but am now in a worse position. Has anyone any idea how to fix this? Under operator in the settings of the sim it says no services. Thanks
