Sim not provisioned after switching to Sky

I transferred my number to Sky last week and I have had not network since. I have no calls, texts or mobile data. I was advised by sky to reset my phone which didn't fix it and I now have no access to a lot of apps including banking because I can't get the codes through text. I've used webchat, Whatsapp chat and email. I also called twice before they cancelled my old sim and nobody has resolved it. I've done everything I can but am now in a worse position. Has anyone any idea how to fix this? Under operator in the settings of the sim it says no services. Thanks

Is the phone you have the sim in from Sky and if it isn't do you know if it is unlocked ?

Hey thanks for the reply, no it's from 3 Ireland but I was speaking to them on webchat and they said they don't lock oppo phones and it doesn't need an unlock code.

Clearly something is amiss if the sim isn't working so can you try this sim in another unlocked phone to see if it works.
