Sim not activated

I've just ordered 2 new iPhones with Sims. The first one has worked fine, sim activated and all working perfectly. 

The second sim is not activating so I cannot use all the features on my new phone.

Hi @Kerryyy92  on the one that's working I would call sky on 150 to see if they can help.
