I have stupidly left my SIM card in my old mobile phone which I have now returned (I thought it had an e sim). I have ordered a replacement sim which I hope was the right thing to do.

please can you confirm that my old sim will be destroyed once you find it in my old phone.

We are customers here but what we can say is when you activate the replacement this will automatically cancel the one you left in the returned phone.
