Sim in my dongle not receiving signal

hi peeps I've just set up a contract to with sky for a unlimited data sim to go into my dongle for my iPad at work but its not getting signal but it works in my phone dongle supplier says something to do with frequency and that's above my pay grade? Any advice plz tia

Hi @Biggybigman2969  have you accessed the dongle settings menu and input the Sky APN ?
