Sim failed, 4 week old iphone 16e sim failed, Sky stated it required new sim, never arrived
iphone 16e sim failed after 4 weeks, Sky stated it required new sim, after 1 week it did not arrive i then requested to move to e sim, tech at Sky failed to install after 3 attempts still not working, any views or actions, help required.

Did you speak to Sky support and they said they have sent you a sim ?

Yes, 7days ago, no sim arrived. Spoke with Sky Tech yesterday with aim of installing eSIM, after 90 mins trying with Sky Tech still nothing. Should I wipe my phone back to factory settings then download from I cloud and try again?
