Requested 2 extra sims for my account 3 weeks ago and haven't received them yet. Is this normal?
How can I find these orders on the MySky app?

Yes, address it s correct.
I'm keeping my number, is it correct I send the PAC text after I receive the Sim as I haven't done this yet.
