Sim delivery time

Requested 2 extra sims for my account 3 weeks ago and haven't received them yet. Is this normal?
How can I find these orders on the MySky app?

They usually turn up in a few days so is your address correct on your account ?

Yes, address it s correct. 
I'm keeping my number, is it correct I send the PAC text after I receive the Sim as I haven't done this yet.

That is correct in that you need to activate the sim first so I would call Sky and speak to them about why the sims you ordered haven't turned up.
