I've changed networks and awaiting my current number to change to my sky SIM card. I received an email it would be completed on the 2nd of august (today) but still hasn't changed, when can this be completed?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe transfer of the number can take place at anytime throughout the day, when it does happen you sim from your old network will stop working so at this point you can insert the Sky one as the number should then have transferred across.
