Sim card stopped working

Hi I tried to convert my sim into a esim after i did this it wont activate it and now my sim card has no network

@Ivica  If you've converted your current physical sim to esim you need to use the esim now as the physical will be deactivated.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

i entered details manually and it saying unbale to activate esim contact network provider now i cant lol cos my sim doesnt work.

You need tro call they can't send something on the back of a forum post.

I need sky to reset my skytablet 8 pro my sim card stopped working after 1 day and the tablet won't connect to any data or network

Are you in the USA? I think you're on the wrong forum. This forum is for UK Sky TV, Sky Broadband and Sky Mobile customers. Sky UK don't make any devices themselves.
