Sim card not working, nowhere to order a new one
My sim card has randomly stopped working. I tried it in another phone so know it's the sim. I can't sign up to the esim as it needs to text me something. I can't phone customer care since I don't have a signal.... I am positive I just ordered one on the app a couple of years back, why would you remove that? What can I do? I have no access to another phone, I'm very isolated

Re: Sim card not working, nowhere to order a new one
You are talking to just other customers on here and not Sky support. You are correct on saying that it did used to be possible to order a replacement sim via your online account but this was removed a while back.
As you have internet access you could try using one of the social media links at the bottom of this page and there is also a messaging service at the bottom of this page:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/replacement-sim-sky-mobile
Select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Sim card not working, nowhere to order a new one
Just received an email reminding me that someone replied to this post. My reply was obviously the last one
To update anyone else searching for, "sky SIM card not working and can't order a replacement" I'm still no further forward on Tuesday and been phoneless since Friday.
I've messaged them on Facebook messenger explaining the full situation. They replied hours later asking, "what is happening and what issues are you facing?" I then sent more details including images should they still be confused about what I mean by a broken SIM card. Ive heard nothing in 2 hours and understand customer service close soon
The lack of service has at least justified my decision to move broadband and tv providers. I only remained as a mobile customer as I got a decent deal with a huge amounts of piggy bank.
Hoping I'm within my rights to cancel payments for the service not being provided with no reasonable path to resolving it

If you have cancel these services and any overpayment has been refunded then you are free to remove the payment if you want/

If you are saying you are going to withhold payment to 'resolve' the SIM card issue then it won't work.
