Sim cancellation

Hello,

 

I ordered a sim card from Sky within the past 2 weeks, at the time I thought it was a good deal but I have found something slightly better with a different company.

 

I am still in my cooling off period, but struggling to find out how to cancel this sim.

 

Any help would be appreciated

You have to call Sky.  (Use 150)

If you have activated the sim then you would need to call Sky via the sim on the free 150 number about this.

I have not activated the sim card yet.

 

Do you reckon this changes anything?
