Sim and mobile not showing on mobile account

I have ordered new phone and sim I've gone to activate sim and use pac code nothing is showing like I've no new phone sim what can I do?

Hi @Carol171  this usually happens when the new device has been allocated to a different account for some reason. Call sky on 150 so they can go through your options.
