Sim and iPhone 17 pro

I have been trying for 2 days getting no where and also raising complaints 

I wanted to get more data for my SIM card but also needed to upgrade my phone 

If I took on a contract for a new iPhone 17 pro I could get a 40 gb sim at a 40 % discount for £10 

iPhone was going to be £34 a month and £12 up front 

This is where the problem starts. This offer I believe was coming from the loyalty department but when I tried keying in my 16 digit bank number I found out that sky was having problems. Tried 4 times and failed. Customer service guy said to hang up and he would call back. Got no call back so tried to get back to department dealing with this. All that then happened I kept getting India call centres and every time I spoke to some I was having to go through same process. I had already waisted so much time all I was for someone to look at the call history and pick up where we had left off. Also found out that one minute the person I'm talking to actually is on Tv and broadband but they said they can get me the same deal. It turns out the deal offering me was a new sim so would be a new number. Not what I wanted. At this point I wanted just to cancel my contract and asked to be transferred to cancellation team. The person I'm talking to tells me she is the cancellation team also. It then gets ridiculously as I then wanted to make a complaint only to be told she was the complaints team to. I gave up hoping I would get call back from the guy from loyalty uk department That never happened the next day. I decided to get one more go I asked to speak to someone who could give me a SIM card offer and start all over again. This happened gave all the same information and got the deal I had agreed the day before and we then tried to put my bank number in. 4 times it failed. I felt sorry for the girl dealing with this as she said this was an on going issue and they were losing sales and it had been reported but there was nothing she could do. So I asked what am I supposed to do. There is no complaints extension she could transfer me to. She was at a loss. So she I believe raised a complaint for me. No idea what it says. I still have no upgraded sim and no upgraded phone and no idea what I'm supposed to do now. I keep getting told I'm a 25 year diamond vip. Well definitely don't feel that's getting me any service. The thought of trying this every day is stressing me out. I feel like sky is letting me down badly. We have to go through all these options to speak to the right department but eventually you get an India call center that sounds like the same are all doing the same job and putting on the relevant hat to try and deal with the problem. I really hope there is a sky customer service person that can put a light on sorting this out for me. Failiing that I'm left sitting with fingers crossed that my complaint is dealt with
