I got my new mobile plan arrived on the 6th, I followed all steps to activate the sim & transfer my old number. I am still waiting! I have called twice and get told something different both times! It stated once I have activated it before 6pm it will be done by 5pm the next day! It’s now the 8th. I have now been told some one will call within 48 hours, and its the line is not active, when it is but on the new number, then told a Pac code has not been put in so said I have it & we can do it now? and was told no as its been activated (so has it or not) I need this dealing with ASAP. I am having to carry two phone & paying for two contracts! Its stated on Sky website it take up to 24 hours for activation and tranfering the old number!!!

The sim you can't activate will be cancelled so you should not be charged for it.
