Signing for Delivery of Device

I am due to get a new Ipad delivered tomorrow at my home address. However I am going to be out for work.

Will my partner be able to sign for the delivery on my behalf with her ID

@Marcos_Saint

Depends on the DPD driver. Normally it has to be someone with the same surname as the account holder and with the relevant photo I.D. They may just take a photo of your partner with the package.

@Marcos_Saint  Yes providing it's photo id as I assume you don't share the same surname

@Daniel0210 Hopefully the driver just wants to get his deliveries done quickly and allows it

@Marcos_Saint

Whenever DPD have delivered Sky mobiles to our house I've been poised, like a coiled spring, with my photo I.D. then he just hands it over without asking. Perhaps it's my honest face 😂
