Since 17th of march we have had no signal or mobile data our household has 3 phones and sims with sky and need these devices to work when we leave the house but they dont.
i have been in touch with a sky representative and just get fobbed off every time saying there doing upgrades in the area but this has gone on far too long now.
i pay sky alot of money every month and were not getting the service we need and pay for

When the mast owner has carried out the repairs you are free to approach Sky as they might then apply a credit to your account for the number of days you have had no or limited service.

Have a read of the contract you agreed, particularly 3.18
No provider can guarantee a service - but you may be able to agree to leave without penalty as explained above. But if the same mast is used by other providers they won't be able to provide you a service either...
