I just signed up to sky mobile yesterday (31/03/24) and I have still not received my credit agreement to sign with no emails in my inbox or spam.
I've checked my sky account for messages and documents on there but nothing to be seen as well.
Should I be waiting for this document to turn up through the post?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDue to it being the Easter Holidays it might take a little longer than usual to come through so if you still haven't been sent the credit agreement by this time Wednesday then post back here for more help.
