My bill is showing that overdue but i didn't get any request for payment and I setup direct debit but still it's showing overdue

When was the direct debit set up ?
If you have only just set the DD up then it might be to late for it to be taken for this bill.

Bill date was 2nd January and i make direct debit 27 December

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI do think you set up the direct debit to late for this bill as via a DD Sky will request it 14 days earlier which they couldn't do due to you setting it up to late.
As it is showing as overdue you might have to pay this bill yourself but you could double check with Sky first by calling them to see what they say. 150 is the number to call them on from your mobile.
