I have a Sony Xperia L1 mobile phone which is with my Sky package. Every time I switch it on it asks me for a password. The passwords I have used for accessing my Sky account, (Both verbal and written), are being rejected and I am told that there is a 'authorisation problem'.

On doing a quick Google it looks to me as if the password it is asking or is the pin unlock one to get into your phone so you must have had one set up if you have previously used your phone.
