Sending my old phone back

Hi I recently upgraded but I haven't received anything to send back my old phone, please can I have an update on this? Also it says I'm going to be charged think it was £65 extra for the next three months why is this?

We are cusomers here who help each other so you will need to call Sky on 150 about this.

What does it say this £65 is for, do note that billing continues as normal until you have returned the device and it has been inspected by the company that handles the returns on behalf of Sky.
