Hi, Ive just upgraded on a swap and neen to send my old phone back.

I cant find any instructions on how to do this - where do I send the phone?

Anyone have any advice please?

Hi @Dawn561 the instructions are normally included with your phone on the packaging, you should be able to use what the new phone came in. If you no longer have that then call sky on 150 to ask for new to be sent.
