Hi
I have pre ordered a Samsung s24 ultra in 1tb with the double storage deal, so I should get it at the price of the 512gb. My credit agreement says its £1740. Is that the right price as even samsung say its £1349.
Have I been over charged?
Thanks
Richard

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @R+I+Shenker if you payment's over the length of the contract add up to what sky are saying then you haven't been overcharged, you have been charged what you were quoted and agreed too. Sky don't claim to sell at the cheapest or the Samsung recommended prices, you will find it cheaper going direct with Samsung but sky customers are happy to pay lower monthly payments over a longer period.

Hey, does yours state it will be delivered on the 24th, do you think it'll be delivered on that date?

Hi
The email I received from Sky does state the 24th, but I have had no other updates yet.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I have been charged for 512gb when i ordered the 256 with the double storage offer. I have just queried this now. However Sky are now saying its my fault because i left it so long... However i was under the impression that the figure quoted would be the full storage price but payments reflected for the lower value.......
