I've been having issues with my s23 ultra. It doesn't send or receive data at times either in messaging apps or social media. Sometimes switching between WiFi and 4g helps for an hour or so but still really slow.
Cache cleared, checked apps and background usage. Even pain insecurence to get a new handset and having the exact same issue.
Is this a system update issue? Also wanted to ask what the possibility of sky allowing me to change to a different phone without the large fee.
