Samsung galaxy s24 ultra

I've been looking at the pre order for the Samsung galaxy s24 ultra, and the price for the device plan only is £48 pcm for first 24 months then 25 to 36 months £37.50, making the device cost £1602. The RRp is £1249, so sky claiming its interest free, isn't true. I called them up asking why it was so much more than rrp price and the advisor had no clue what she was talking about claiming its the price from the manufacturer, so does anyone have any insight on to why the price for the device is so much higher than  everywhere else? Sky advisors clearly don't know what they are talking about so any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Hi @1991 as you say the RRP is £1249, that's a recommended price. Sky have decided to charge more. It seems customers on Sky are prepared to pay more over a longer period to reduce the monthly cost.
