On the morning of Friday, January 3rd, I ordered S24 Ultra, and the Sky app showed that I would get a watch 7 with the phone (Screenshot Attached). Today, when I received the delivery, it was only the phone and the SIM. When I went to the Sky app to see what had happened, the offer is no longer active. i rang Sky customer care, and they said i needed to go to the Samsung offers website, but there was nothing that could help me with this. what do i do in this situation?
