Hope someone can help ?. I purchased a S24 Mobile ,I am having trouble applying for the free gift available through Samsung. have sent proof of date and purchase ??

This is what usually works:

 

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

 

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

 

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre


Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
