Samsung Galaxy A55 wifi calling is not working

I got a new phone (Galaxy A55 5G) and now WiFi calling will not work and the mobile coverage in my area is terrible.

Is there some weird setting that needs to be set that I haven't.

Was the device purchased from Sky?

That is annoying as my older version phone (not from Sky either) worked.

Hi @SAGirl as you have found sometimes they do work but mentioned it's not guaranteed that they will if not purchased from sky.
