Samsung Galaxy A22 not receiving picture messages

I have a Samsung Galaxy A22 on a Sky Sim Only plan. I can send but not receive Picture Massages  using the Samsung Messages app. Following advice from a similar post I have re- requested Settings from SKY and rebooted the phone but it hasn't solved the issue. Any ideas?
