Samsung 23fe keeps coming off wifi

My phone keeps coming off wifi it's the worst phone I've ever had and I really need a new one but I've got 12months left of my contract does anyone know if I have any rights im happy with sky mobile but the phone is just rubbish

It's one year old I would swop it but but the remaining balance is to much pay at the moment

Is that just over or just under 1 year?  (It makes a difference in regards to warranty)

Shame.  As it's out of warranty and over 6 months old then you would have to show the fault was there at the time of purchase (Which is rather difficult)

When you say 'coming off wifi' what do you mean exactly?  (It won't hold a connection to Wifi and reverts to cellular?)

Yes my wifi is virgin and I have the fastest speed im a family of 5 and have allsorts connected to it nobody else has problems just me and mine is the best phone in the house I always have to take from the piggybank to make sure I've enough mobile data when you Google the phone alot of people have this problem with it

I did Google it and you're right it does appear to be an issue with certain models.  Worth trying some of the possible solutions - particularly around changing the channels the router uses.

You may get better feedback from a Samsung forum.

Hi @Mammab123  get in touch with Samsung, it's a 24 month warranty on smart phones.

I have they've told me to do a factory reset but can't understand how that would solve my problem 😕

In that case @Mammab123  you will need to do that before they will go down a replacement/warranty repair route.
