Hi - in the US for the second time this month and data roaming isn't working. Just sits on SOS. Tried all Sky help processes, turned on / off etc but nothing is working - any ideas?

Are you using a device with only 3G connection available?
May be best to check your data roaming settings are on and that you have not exceeded your spend cap.

Thanks - yeah tried all that - turned off all spend caps (it was high anyway) and the separate roaming cap. Reset all roaming settings too 🤷♂️

What type of phone are you using?

iPhone 14 Pro -
I travel to US and Europe every other week, never been an issue before and has worked seamlessly.

Try going to settings, mobile service, sim applications and try changing the setting in there. Also check that in Mobile Data options it is toggled on with Voice and Data set to 5G Auto.
Never had any issues myself over there and given you have used it before seems strange to just stop working having worked before.

Thanks - went into sim applications and cycled through the different options letting it update each time - went back to roaming and it's come back on - thanks!!!

@Ctinsley I don't think there is a resolution, I had 3 days where it stopped working. Tried everything to no avail, go back through the threads on here and try some of the suggestions. It's doubtful that'll work to be honest.
it's extremely frustrating, and not good enough. Good luck.
