Hi,
I have purchased a new iPhone from Sky mobile and ported my EE number to Sky. Porting was completed, and the number has changed in the phone. But I'm not able to receive or send SMS messages. I've reset the network, taken my sim out and put it back and still unable to receive or send SMS messages. Can someone please help me with a solution?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSince the transfer it might be worth ordering yourself a replacement sim as that will come with your transfered number and can fix issues like this:

Thanks for that suggestion, will bear that in mind if I don't get anywhere else with it.
Do you know if there's a quicker way of getting this sorted by any chance? As I need SMS for 2FA for some services which is proving to be a bit of a pain. I've tried converting to an eSim online, but obviously need to be able to receive SMS messages to activate this, so currently a bit stuck on how to proceed.
