SKY Piggy bank hasnt been working for weeks and simalrly been trying tio speak to a hunman regarding this issue.
Any way, piggy bank rolls over data and yet, data not increased on my phone ?

Find out moreThere have been some issues lately whereby data rolled over to a device is taking a while to appear but it should show up eventually so if it isn't showing up at all then you will need to report this a fault to Sky support via the free 150 number.

That would be nice, if they'd actually answer the phones quicker the curremt wait time being 1hr + for the past week. If there is a tech fix why on earth do sky not post instructions here.

Not sure there is a tech fix for customers.
